The SPOHN Ballroom

Located in the heart of downtown Goshen, the ballroom is on the 3rd floor of the historical Spohn building. With large windows wrapping around the corner of the building, the ballroom boasts exceptional views of the downtown Goshen.

Built in 1909, the ballroom has been totally renovated, keeping with the historical character of the building, the ballroom has never looked better. Wonderful architectural details have been restored while adding modern amenities for you and your guests to enjoy.

The ballroom rental includes round tables, chairs, table linen, head table, registration table, cake table and buffet tables. Service items include china, glassware and silver. Customize your event setup with sounds system, chair covers and sashes and platted dinner options.

What are the decorating policies?
The ballroom is a historical building, we ask that the integrity of the building be presereved; nothing on the walls or on chandeliers be hung. No fog machines, and real candles may ne used as long as they are enclosed. 

Can we bring in our own alcohol?
No, we are a licensed facility, professioanl bar services and bar packages are offered for an exceptional experience for you and your guests. All guests over 21 years old will be charged. 

Are we able to keep the left over food?
Yes! We package the remaing food for you to take home. 

What does the room rental include?
Room set up and clean up, tables, chairs, liene tablecloths and napkins, skirting, china, silver and glassware.

Room rental with ceremony includes an additional hour for a total of six hours of event time. Additional set up for the ceremony and one hour for Thursday evening rehearsal. 
What are the hours of access?
Set-up begins at 9am on the day of the event, events must end at 11pm. 

Is security required?
Yes, we provide experienced professional security, the rate is $35.00 hr for each guard. 

What is the damage deposit?
$500.00  will be charged with up to $350.00 reimbursed without any incidents after your event.
